How Training Works
Before entering clinical environments, students develop confidence through skills labs and simulations. This allows safe practice of techniques, equipment handling, and workflow understanding under close supervision.
Practical learning is closely supervised by experienced trainers and mentors. Students receive structured feedback, competency checks, and guidance to ensure safe and effective skill development.
