Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be requested within 3 days of initial registration via email.
  • Only 50% of total fees refunded via cheque or bank transfer within 7 days, unless management decides otherwise.
  • Additional work not in original programme incurs extra charges.
  • AIDAHs reserves the right to terminate registration without notice for abuse or illegal activity, with no refund in this case.
  • AIDAHs reserves the right to modify its policies at any time without prior notice.
